UCIe 

The Universal Chiplet Interconnect Express(UCIe) Industry Consortium was founded by ASE, AMD, Arm, Google Cloud, Intel, Meta, Microsoft, Qualcomm, Samsung and TSMC on March 2nd, 2022. 

The organization launched new UCIe technology to establish further chiplet ecosystem.

M2 Semi Joins UCIe Industry Consortium

M2 Semi announced Joining the UCIe formal member on April 2nd ,2022. M2 Semi is one of the first UCIe members in mainland China.

M2 Semi will keep focusing on chiplet relative technology and ecosystem, to expand chiplet technology application in high performance computing.

Chiplet is the leading new design methodology in semiconductor ecosystem, which developed form 1970s. AMD applied chiplet methodology on its own mass production CPUs from 2018.
