Responsibilities:

1. Focus on block/top level IC backend design. Including RTL synthesis, floorplan, power mesh design, place, CTS, route, PV, STA etc.

2. Co-work with frontend design team and improve performance, power and design area.

3. New technology node performance estimation and flow development.

Requirements:

1. More than 2 year experience in IC backend design.

2. Familiar with TCL, Perl or Python.

3. Good English reading skills.

4. Good communication skills and team work.
