High-Speed Analog IC Engineer

1. Design high speed analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits within custom chips for the high speed data links.

2. Determine system requirements, write specifications and guide customers in the use of wireline transmitter products.

3. Use high speed electronic characterization equipment to evaluate and debug the functionality of the design once the part is fabricated in silicon.

4. Provide technical leadership through all phases of product development including test, yield, characterization, reliability analysis, qualification and release to manufacturing. 


1. Solid understanding of general analog design requirements including noise, linearity, gain, bandwidth, stability, etc.

2. In-depth understanding with basic analog circuits, such as PLL, VCO, OPAMP, bias, etc.

3. Hands on experience in IC CAD tools including design (Spectre/ADS), layout, parasitic extraction, EM (HFSS/EMX/ADSMomentum).

4. Experience in advanced process(FinFet) analog design is a plus. Lab characterization and debug experience is desirable.

5. Good knowledge of wireline transmitter systems, such as PCIE/USB/DDR/HBM.

6. Must be a self-starter and team player.
